We will join the zen meditation inside the venerable temple buildings held by Shitennoji Temple for the public (cost free) and go to the traditional Japanese garden and Osaka City Art Museum.

This day's zen meditation will be conducted inside the five-story pagoda. (Special occasion) A priest will explain how to make a zen meditation in English before the event.
Osaka City Art Museum will have an exibition of Nitten. Most important gathering exibition of traditional and modern arts and crafts by Japanese temporary artists.

You should be perfectly quiet doring zen meditation more than 30 minutes. If you delay for merting time, you cannot join the meditation. In this case, you can join in Japanese garden.
If you have trouble of feet or legs, you had better not to join.
