This tour guides your to a famous Okunitama Shrine and Fuchu Kyodo-no-Mori Open-air
Museum and Botanical Park mainly on foot. (10:00am-14:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays)
If you like to walk and have finished covering major tourist destinations in the Tokyo central
area, this could be your next choice.
Our first destination is Okunitama Shrine, one of the major five shrines in Tokyo.
Then walk for about 30 min. down to the Museum/Botanical Park, which includes 600m
promenade in the midst of the beautiful rural scenes.
Enjoy flowers and blossoms of the season, historical buildings and more in the Museum/
Botanical Park.
The guide will show you where to buy your lunch near the station to have a picnic lunch in the park
For the way back, we will take a public bus to another Keio Line station, Bubaigawara, so that you can go straight back to Shinjuku.

I thought Tokyo to be a big city in Japan, so I was surprised that Tokyo has such a rich and calm city. The air was delicious and cozy. I would like to participate in this experience again.
