Places not on the usual tourist map

Description

I'm currently staying east of Nagoya, and can do day trips around the area, namely Aichi, Mie, Gifu, Shiga, Shizuoka. I have been to the usual tourist areas and also to a few mountains, islands, waterfalls, etc, not commonly on the tourist map.

I have a driving license and it is possible for me to rent a car. I would like to share my experiences and am not doing this for profit. I just need to cover my transport costs. Itinerary can be customized to suit all needs.
