It was an experience where you can feel the four seasons and culture of Japan! It was difficult until I got the tips on how to cut it, but the guide taught me carefully, so at the end I was able to do it well.
I don't usually cook , so I was worried if I could do this well, but with the polite guidance I enjoyed it very much. Thank you!!
