Take a bus to Shikotsu lake spa resort about 45min driving at national park.
You can visit Shikotsu lake festival if you have time.
Enjoy healthy lunch buffet (12:15-13:00)or(13:10-)and hot spring spa.(-15:30) depend on the reservation lunch and bath will change the timing.
Leave Shikotsu lake by bus at 15:45 to JR Minami Chitose station arrive at st. 16:30. If you want to go to the outlet Mall Lera at Minami Chitose station you can spend time after.

The time is fixed. Arrive at lake 12:30-leave the lake 15:45. If you want to spend long time at the festival venue it is better to stay hotel at Shikotsu. Thank you your understanding! Ice Festival in Shikotsu lake 24th Jan-16th February 2020.
